Brief Answer:
Hello dear. She requires further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the details. Lymphedem is not a drug to be given for varicose veins. It is to be given in cases of venous thrombosis. With the description, i dont think she is having lymphedema.
If the doctor suspects venous thrombosis , then a doppler study of lower limb is required.
Please undergo a venous doppler study for lower limbs and revert back with the report.
Thanks and regards
