Brief Answer:
Tibolone or estrogen cream will help to reduce hot flashes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:

1) You have very large fibroid (according to given information). Then, it should be treated SURGICALLY, by the means of Total hysterectomy (removal of entire uterus).

After that, Hormone Replacement Therapy can be started and continued for next 3- 5 years to avoid Post- menopausal symptoms. It will be MORE effective treatment plan in this case.

2) For hot flashes (specifically), TIBOLONE group of drug can be taken effectively. It will help to reduce vasomotor symptoms.

Alternatively, estrogen cream (like EVALON) can be applied vaginally at bed time. Kindly, procure complete prescription from your doctor.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Regards,
Dr S Patra
