Question : I have the systems for a middle ear infection. Do I need an antibiotic do I need to go to urgent care.

Hi,

The first step is to get the ear examined. Your primary care doctor can do so. If the infection is confirmed, you will need antibiotics. Amoxicillin is my preferred drug for this. For pains, Tylenol and Ibuprofen can be of help.
