Brief Answer:
Tests reports needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

You are reporting that you have been diagnosed with moderate mitral and aortal regurgitation (valve leakage) with a normal functioning heart. Can you please upload all the data you have, so I would be able to give an accurate answer to your queries?

If you have a mild mitro- aortal regurgitation, with a normal heart and a negative stress, than what you feel may be related to arrhythmias or stress.

This is why I strongly suggest to do a Holter monitoring to exclude any arrhythmia as the cause of your problems.

Moreover all the efforts should be made to stabilise your BP and to control anxiety. If you were my patient I would recommend:
- Control BP
- Reduce alcohol intake
- Avoid caffeine and energy drink
- Increase physical activity
- Avoid unnecessary stress and increase recreational activities.
This will help to control BP, arrhythmia and stress.

Wish you health!
Dr. Benard
