Brief Answer:
Plasmatic level of Lamictal should be measured.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Symptoms you describe are side effects of Lamictal overdose, in order to evaluate further steps plasma level of Lamictal should be measured first.

Further doses of Lamictal should be adjusted according to plasma concentration of Lamictal.

These issues should be discussed with your treating Doctor.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
