Brief Answer:
Give tylenol stop for pains!
Detailed Answer:
HI,
The main issue here is the pain which prevents him from eating well. Give him Tylenol for pains. If vomiting persists, then add motilium to prevent further episodes. Also, prefer plain, liquid and non-spicy meals. Is he having any fevers?
Best wishes and keep me posted on his progress.
