Question : I am really battling muscle soreness and joint stiffness. Golf has become difficult and I'm very sore when I get out of bed in the morning. Stretching helps some, but I need a good pain relief med (OTC) that I can take regularly. Whats the best one, please?

For pain, I would suggest tramadol.
