General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to rheumatoid arthritis. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Naproxen three times a day. I also suggest gentle stretching exercises. Physical therapy can also be helpful in relieving pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
