Brief Answer:
flexeril should help

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Yes you can use flexeril if it is available.

This is a commonly used muscle relaxants that should help to relieve your spasms. Like most muscle relaxants, it can be associated with drowsiness so while it may improve the spasms that you are experiencing, it may increase your fatigue.

This effect is common with muscle relaxants.

Other muscle relaxants are valium, XXXXXXX baclofen. These may require a prescription .

The spasm may be related to your thyroid disease, hypothyroidism , though usually severe hypothyroidism, can be associated with muscle cramping.

Maintaining a good fluid intake can sometimes prevent or reduce the occurrence of muscle spasms.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
