Question: Yes I was told I had l low vit d it was 7.1 I think put on 50000 a week vit d the reason I went to doc in first place was I had a weird weekness in both of my arms off and on and get really tired when going physical work I have allways done physical work but find I get tired fast now and my arms both have this crazy kind of yeah. Week feeling she sent me to heart doc and my heart is fine I'm 54 woman 5.3 talk around 142 I lbs I have gained weight some but my arm weekness and tiredness worrys me I also have muscle spasms in lower calfs sometimes any Idea or am I just crAzy

Detailed Answer:
The muscle spasms may be due to calcium or magnesium deficiency. Magnesium is the most common cause for the cramps. Try taking about 200 mg of magnesium citrate to see if it relieves the spasms. If it works, call your doctor and have him add it to your medication list. All supplements need to be on the medical record due to interactions. also make certain you are getting 800 mg of calcium in your diet per day.
