Brief Answer:
Nasal congestion

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
Blocked nose can be due to nasal allergy or nasal infection.Due to chronic nasal congestion patient can have chest pain also if the infection spread to involve respiratory tract too.
Please tell me for how long are you having these symptoms?
Any investigations done like a x-ray?
What medicines have u been taking so far?
If chest pain is localised and it is radiating somewhere it might not be related to nasal infection. In that case you should immediately visit for a chest examination and ECG.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
Take care
Thanks and regards
