Question : Hi,

As my nose usually remains block, I have a habit of breathing through my mouth. I am having throat ache continously . I have a strong feeling that it's because of my mouth breathing habit. As I can feel my mouth and throat usually remains dry.

I am trying to stop my habit. However, could anyone be kind enough to suggest some medicines or remedy till then. I would really appreciate it.

I advise you to get Anterior Rhinoscopy and X ray Paranasal sinuses and X ray Nasopharynx at the earliest by consulting an expert ENT specialist.
