Question : Sir, I have breathing problem often my noes gets blocked and I'm not able to breath and I'm using metaspray from past 2 years it was suggested by ENT specialist so can you pls suggest wt can I do ?

CT scan of PNS is mandatory

I can certainly understand your concerns.

You possibly seem to have either a Deviated nasal septum or Chronic maxillary sinusitis.

This requires an early CT scan of the paranasal sinuses/PNS for further evaluation.

A Definitive cure is obtained only through surgery.
