Brief Answer:
Infection of bladder / kidney possible, diagnostics recommended

Detailed Answer:
Dear Patient,

when a person with your symtoms comes to my office i rule out an infection of bladder or kidney first. Advisable is a urine test and blood test for inflammation and an ultrasound of bladder and kidney. If there is an infection i'd perscribe antibiotics.

If there is no signs of infection in above diagnostics i would further suggest vaginal ultrasound to check on the pco status and rule out other conditions like myoma of the uterus.

Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards

i am urinating alot as well. if i drink a bottle of water it comes out after 30 mins. the cramps are in the cervix area and there is back pain that burns in the upper and lower part of my body. does this sound more like a bladder/kidney infection?

Brief Answer:
Kidney/ bladder infection fits description

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,
yes the description fits with that, so the above recommended ultrasound and urine test is highly recommendable.

Best regards
