Brief Answer:
Probably neuropathic pain; do as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com
This is Dr. Swarnava dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
This seems like a case of neuropathic pain where tingling is a very common feature. There are many reasons behind such pain like diabetes, alcoholism or smoking, various neurological disorders or nerve compression etc.
If such a patient comes to me, I would suggest an MRI scan lumbosacral spine to rule out any nerve compression or spinal deformity, ask him/her to avoid alcohol or smoking if any, get checked for blood sugar or control diabetes if he/she is a known diabetic, and after ruling out the above, check for neurological disorders if any. Accordingly, he/she would be suggested medicine and/ or referred to neurologist.
I can suggest you the same as above, also you can take tab pregabalin-mecobalamin combination once or twice daily for neurologic pain and painkillers if required.
You can consult your treating doctor about it and get the medicines prescribed.

Hope i have answered your question.
If you have any further questions i will be happy to help.
Regards
