Question : Dear Doctor, I have oliy scalp, itching, dandruff and hair loss problem. Hair density on my scalp is already decreased due to continuous hair fall. Please suggest me the treatment for the same. Also I would like to know the causes for these problems.

I can understand your concern for hair fall.

In view to help you best kindly elaborate certain points;

- Since exactly how long you have hair fall problem.

- How many hairs fall every day. Is it diffuse or from particular portion of scalp such as front and sides.

- Do you notice hair on your pillows, bedsheets and bathroom or during combing too.

- Do you see flaking and scaling of scalp everyday or oily greasy scalp everyday.

- Any itching in the scalp.

- Kindly tell me your occupation, daily and dietary routine.
