Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking back and for choosing the platform of HealthcareMagic.

Passing blood with urine could be a sign of urinary tract infection which is quite common in females. It is often associated with burning sensation or pain. Fever may or may not be present. Usually it begins suddenly as in your case. Take plenty of water. If the problem does not resolve, please visit a doctor and get it treated with antibiotics.

Hope that helps.
