Question : When urinateing it causes some pain,& feels like some,thing is going to fall out, even have same pressure when a bowel movement, what could be the problem?

Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Having pain while urinating is a sign of urinary tract infection ( UTI ).

I advise to run further diagnostic tests :
- urine analysis
- urine culture
- abdominal ultrasound
- fecal analysis

For the moment, I advise to :
- take otc pain killers to ease the pain
- urine alkalinizers like cranberry or magnesium citrate
- increase water intake
- avoid constipation
