Hope u will be fine. Now sir i have a new problem. As you know i have problem of headache , tonsils , allergy etc. Now allergy symptoms after you medicines normalized. and i am already taking these 2 medicines. Means i dont have sneezing , throat irritation . But i was still feeling pain in or pressure in ear and some tonsil type pain. from last 2 day i am gargling with salt water 4 time as per you suggestion , and it gives me a lot comfort. in pain and also my back head pain is little bit reduced.
But sir new problem that i have is i am feeling a dull pain and slight swelling under and over my left jaw. i am confirmed my lymp nodes are swelling. how can i overcome this issue?. i am very much in trouble. I dont have as much pain that will cause difficult swallowing, i dont have fever. But from last 2 days i am feeling leg muscle tightness.

Sir in actual i am still not sure i was having tonsils or some lymp nodes which i was discussing with you. i just visit the doctor at that time and he gives me antibiotics. kindly suggest me something because as per my thinking , i think these anti allergy are not related with these tonsil's or lymp node problem. waiting for you answer

Yes sir you are right.. i was having some tonsil or lymp node swollen near about 12 day back, then i also observed right side. and i visit doctor, he suggested me Moxifloxacin 400. that i have take 5 days. symptoms reduced but not finished. now from last one week i am not taking any antibiotics. only anti allergy(levocetrizine and montelukas) which you have suggested i am taking.

1 i have never done ultrasound of neck.
2 no sir out side is not visible but i can feel the swelling. its not very much but i can feel by toung twisting under the left side of jaw. this problem started from yesterday.Also slight pain in left ear i am feeling.
Basically now my neck and back of the head pain is very much less, teeth grinding is also finished. Also allergy symptoms finished(as i was using medicine of allergy), sir kindly tell me do i need some medicine for this swelling? and how much time it will take to normalize?
and sir also please tell me does such things are related with tonsils? or allergy? or any other viral infection? which possibility is more ? i know sir i have health anxiety but this symptom is real thats why i am telling you . kindly as per my previous history tell me what this could be?

sir now i was eating my dinner and during that i feel something under my left jaw. but when i press actual by fingers i could not found any thing . i told tou swelling is not visible out side but swelling by touching i can feel. is it something serious? a slight tightness i feel under my ching and also in throat or front side of neck.
One more thing i want to discuss . yesterday i used backing soda as a mouth wash . does that could be a reason? or its just because of some viral infection? kindly sir reply my questions . waiting

Sir kindly reply these last questions. as you mentioned above a small lymphnode, but i think swelling is not in a specific area its it left sirf of jaw to ear, means sweeling is not very much but it is also not in a specific point, also a tightness or some times a slight pain in throat i feel. is that the part of same thing?
how much time it will take to normalize? and sir also tell me i have muscle tightness in legs, is that related to this?

sir now its not easy.. within next week i will check for ultra sound..
can u tell me how much i should wait? i can feel swelling by pressing under jaw . a little warm area is there. and also swelling is here.

sir please tell me about one thing.. i have studied that if lymp nodes are without fever it is more dangerous . please tell me about that.
