Brief Answer:
could be related to dialysis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Spasm of the muscles are well known with dialysis. It is either due to excess removal of water beyond your dry weight causing dehydration or it could be due to low calcium levels in the body due to dialysis

Here is how you should go about it

1. Get your calcium levels and serum albumin level checked
2. Next time during dialysis ask for a doctor of dialysis to re assess you for your dry weight
3. tab l- carnitine is a wonderful drug for this type of pain

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
