What Does The Test Result Indicate Regarding The Blood In My Urine?

I believe i am a normal healthy 63 year old female. Over the years, doctors have found trace elements of blood in my urine and with antibiotics it disappeared. My last test results showed Occult Blood 2+, WBC 6-10, RBC 4-10, WBC Esterrase 3+Hemoglobin Alc 6.1 and Serum Albumin 5.0. I am 5'1', 138 lbs and was feeling good until this report.
