Brief Answer:
A CT scan is largely advisable in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

As per your symptoms you seem to have a possible stone somewhere in the ureter or bladder where its location is difficult to be found out by ultrasound.

In all such cases,i advise CT scan of the abdomen which has ability to pick up stones at sites like ureter in the retroperitoneal regions.

CT also has ability to detect other abdominal organ pathologies which can mimic renal stones.

Stones located in the lower ureter can cause agonising pain.

Meanwhile i advise you to take tab tramadol along with diclofenac under strict medical prescription.

Drink Good amount of water to allow spontaneous passage of stone if any.

Cranberry juice can also help to prevent urinary tract infections.

The further treatment course is largely based on the results of CT scan.

Thank you.
