Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX yes i have pain in legs and hips, 18 mths since cervical fusion of two discs and two hern... I cannot do MRI i have a ICD/Pacemaker, myloscan was preformed to determine cervical issue. Since the infusion the pain from my shoulder blades to my hips has gotten worse and yes the pain goes down my legs. The Ortho x-ray of my lumbar showed orthoarthritis spurs and what he said looked like another generating disc but due to my low EF he wasnt going to do another myloscan due to the pain and the proceedure is too long to fix.

Brief Answer:
may do plain CT scan to look for Spondylolisthesis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have read your query,
Your pain has not subsided with infusion so I will advise you epidural injection shot which may give you long term pain relief.
As you can not do MRI you may do plain CT scan to look for Spondylolisthesis.
I will advise you to continue neurotropic medication like Gabapentin consulting your doctor.
You may consult physiotherapist for guidance. He may start TENS, or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.
Hope this helps. Wish you speedy recovery.
