Brief Answer:
need to see doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Hernias can cause pain in the groin area but should not cause a problem with you being able to control your bladder. You may have an infection or prostate problem. You need to see a doctor for an exam and urinalysis as soon as possible.
If it is infection it will only get worse until it is treated so try to see a doctor as soon as you can.

Dr. Robinson
