Question : I have pain in the back around the kidneys and also pain around the lungs when I cough. I have had phenomia a year ago and feel it is similar.

Hi
For pain in the kidney area,Ultrasound abdomen has to be done to rule out Stones,infection, enlargement.
For cough,X ray chest PA view will exclude pneumonia.
If sputum is coming while coughing, it suggests infection. Antibiotic treatment has to be given.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
