Brief Answer:
Could be due to infection of Epididymis (Epididymitis )

Detailed Answer:
hello
Thanks for query .Pain in left testicle and near hip joint could be due mostly due to infection of Epididymis (Epididymitis ) however it can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon and doing following basic tests
1) Urine routine and culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and scrotum
3) Color Doppler study of Scrotum .

Take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like
Diclofenac twice daily for a week .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
