I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. This must be troubling but it is unlikely that a drug for hypertension would cause pain specifically on the nipple. However, I will like to review all the medication you are currently on to see if there is any that can cause bodily pains.

Can you also tell me more about this pain like when it started, what provokes it and what makes it worse. Did it start shortly after you started your antihypertensive medications?

I hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience. If nothing is immediately suggestive of the cause, I will recommend that pain medications. If this fails, then you may need a doctor's examination of this breast and nipple for more clues to diagnosis and treatment.
