Question: I have a back ache on the right side of my back & it has started from last few days. I do not remember actually if I was hurt anytime soon but yes my right ankle was in plaster due to a fracture for 2 months & plaster has recently been removed. And still I am limping while walking. Brief Answer:
Back pain because of improper gait

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I think your current or new back pain is because of limping gait. This is improper and your back muscles are not used to this. So as you start walking upright you should soon see the pain gone.
Till then see a physiotherapist who can advise you gait as well as back exercises.
