Was not painful or itchy but sonce trying to pop it it has become slightly painful if pressed on
Likely Bartholin gland cyst
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The photograph you have attached shows a cystic lesion on the vulva, it is most likely to be a bartholin gland cyst. Bleeding is uncommon in bartholin gland cyst, however it can occur when the cyst gets infected.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and treated. If the cyst is small, it can be treated with antibiotics, if it is large inside, then a surgical removal is necessary.

Its very rare possibility
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, cancer is the last possibility as the lesions in cancer are irregular, painless and occasionally bleed to touch. Moreover, cancer vulva occurs in elderly women more than 50 years.
