As you know both medications and psychotherapy are effective for treatment of panic disorder. Although imipramine is good molecule but generally not suggested at your age unless otherwise no other options available.
Similarly Valium is long acting and associated with cognitive impairment at older age.
I must also inform you that cardiac problems present in similar way as panic disorders and relatively common in compare to young age.
Before you opt for same treatment kindly seek consultation and discuss cognitive, cardiac and orthopedic complications of earlier used treatment.
