Suggest Treatment For Paraphimosis

Question : I have a place on my penis where the foreskin was cut off that opens up and looks either like a cut at times or a cancur sore. This just started a couple months ago when I was masterbating in the shower. At same time it hurt when I had to piss afterwords for at least a half a day. Never had this happen to me before. Took at least 6-8 weeks to heal up the first time. Had sex opened upagain then healed up after 3-4 weeks. Had sex again tore again and started bleeding.
Also been traveling back and forth to Aus. Got really sick with constant cough, no fever, lots of muscus, no pneumonia for about 3 weeks solid and another 3 weeks to finally get rid of the cough all together. Now from that I have pain and weakness in my hips and knees every time I get up and have came close to falling down.
Before all of this started I was working out biking ten miles a day, running 1 mile and lifting. Now I feel to weak to do any of this. I have started walking again 5-6 miles with muscle aches.
