What are your symptoms that you think you have parasitic infections?
Have you seen any change in bowel habits?
Various infections by parasites like enterobius vermicularis, roundworms,tapeworm,etc.
I suggest if you want to diagnose infections you have to get stool routine microscopy examination done for RBC, Pus cells, ova and cysts.
You have to collect stool in a sterile container for three days and get it investigated.
Based on that you can take treatment mebendazole, etc. You also must get your haemtological parameters evaluated.
