Suggest Treatment For Parasitic Pneumonia

Question: what can I do sir, I caused parasitic pneumonia and also I have shivering fever? is there any home treatment?

I have LL2 parasitic pneumonia, I did all x-ray, ecg, and taking medications too, but now I get a shivering fever. what can I do to get better? all my lungs, heart, kidney are normal
