Brief Answer:
Stool softeners would be beneficial.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the mentioned details. Perianal abscess is most frequently associated with constipation. It is very important to keep constipation in control. You can take stool softeners like PEG and fiber supplements like psyllium husk. Antibiotics might be needed if there is infection but I would insist you not to self-medicate.

Sir i am almost ok but the abcess is still there so please suggest me some medicine and creams that will heal it fast. By profession i am a bodybuilder and have taken steroids in past. I have a competition very recently and will undergo human growth hormone therapy.will that cause any trouble sir?

Brief Answer:
Oral antibiotics should be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

Oral antibiotics like Augmentin (Amoxicillin + Clavulanate) taken thrice daily for a week should help in faster resolution of the abscess. The abscess might need to be drained and I would suggest a surgical opinion if it does not get corrected after a week of antibiotics. I do not think that you need to worry about the steroid doses you have taken earlier. I do not think that there would be any interaction or trouble associating this with the hormone therapy but would not speak in favour of growth hormone therapy.
