I would keep a possibility of viral wart, even though the picture is a bit blurred and the lesion is not very clearly visible. I would appreciate if you can upload another better quality/focused image.

Treatment of a periungual viral wart is by CO2 Laser vaporization, under local anesthesia. Home remedies won't help. I would suggest that you seek an appointment with a dermatologist in your region.
