No, its either atarax or atavax. Its a medication commonly used for itching, but its used tontreat anxiety too.

Thats exactly it. It helps but not enough. Skeptical about seeing a therapist but i need help. Just within the last couple of weeks, my anxiety has kept me from even leaving the house because i have an attack. Im getting aggravated at having no control
