Question : Im feeling much better. I went to the dr a week ago and was prescribed atarax, i think thats what its called, it helps, but anxiety is still a problem

No, its either atarax or atavax. Its a medication commonly used for itching, but its used tontreat anxiety too.

Ok. Then it may have been atarax (hydroxyzine). Although primarily used to treat itch it may be used as a sedative to treat anxiety and tension.

Thats exactly it. It helps but not enough. Skeptical about seeing a therapist but i need help. Just within the last couple of weeks, my anxiety has kept me from even leaving the house because i have an attack. Im getting aggravated at having no control
