Brief Answer:
may be post nasal drip

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The most common reason for persistent coughing is post nasal drip but it is also a possible effect of the flu vaccine.

Post nasal drip can sometimes occur even though the person is not aware of it. They may only experience the effects such as coughing or intermittent sore throat.

Since you are other wise well, you can consider a antihistamine decongestant combination. These would be available over the counter.

If it continues despite this then a nasal spray may be needed to help. Eg nasonex, nasocort, flonase, rhinocort
A prescription would likely be needed for one of these.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
