Brief Answer:
You need Oral Rehydration Therapy...

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for using Healthcare Magic.

I have gone through your query, and I understand your concerns.

I think that your symptoms are related to gastroenteritis.
This condition dehydrates the organism, so you need to get rehydrated immediately by using Oral Rehydration Therapy and antidiarrheal such as Acidophilus.

To relieve your symptoms you should also eat bananas, plain rice and applesauce.
You should avoid the below foods:
- Fatty, spicy and acidic foods.
- Caffeine and alcohol.
- Carbonated drinks.

If your symptoms do not stop after 24 hours you should go to Emergency Room, in order to get an intravenous rehydration therapy.

You should also meet your infectious disease specialist, to discuss about the diagnosis and treatment.

I hope my answer helps. Ask me for anything unclear.

Wish you good health.
