Question : I've had dirreah for a few days everything seems to be moving very fast through my digestive system.....today I bought a red berry Powerade and my poop is red should I be worried

The red color of the stool would be due to the drink used. None of it is being absorbed so it passes out quickly.
Trying to use the powerade to help give yourself back fluids and electroytes was a good idea and you should continue doing so, this would reduce any weakness and dizziness due to fluid loss.
Most acute cases of diarrhea and/or vomiting are due to viral or bacterial infection and tend to last 7 to 10 days usually.
In addition to the fluid replacement, you may also want to consider: (1) avoiding all solid food till there is a 4 hour window with no symptoms
When this occurs, small amounts of dry foods can be started
If they are used before the intestines are ready, it would delay healing
(2)probiotics help to shorten the course, can be used on their own or found in some yogurts
(3)medications such as pepto bismol or lomotil would also help as well to slow down the diarrhea
