Brief Answer:
Likely to be viral. Enteric fever needs to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

I have gone through your query but unfortunately do not find any attachment. Could you please reattach it? Most often, such fevers are due to viral infections where antibiotics are ineffective. I would insist you to ask your doctor to rule out enteric fever.

If given in right dose antibiotics would not cause any harm to her body.

Regards
