Question : 36 y/o male. Constant nausea for 5+ days. No appetite. After eating, nausea worse. No other symptoms. Always feel full

I am so sorry to hear about this nausea that you have reported. I think this could be related to acid problems. I will suggest that you add domperidone(Motilium) to address this nausea. It also helps move food faster out of the stomach and will address this feeling of always feeling full. As you start the treatment, report progress to me.
