Question: Hello Doctor,
I usually have sneezes in the morning and night time. I have sinusitis and have alregy from dust and particles.
Is there any way I can control these sneezes.

Anti-allergic medicines like cetirizine etc are mainstay to control the sneezing. Cetrizine can be taken 1 - 2 times a day and is relatively less sedative than other anti-allergic preparations. Montelukast is a mast cell stabiliser and can be added.
Jalanethi as explained in yoga can be practiced at home for sneezing. Ayurvedic rasayana medicines like vyaghraydi lehya may be tried.
I would also recommend that you drink clean water and take hygienic food to avoid unnecessary infections.

Daily medicication is not possible as my immunity is also very low.
