Brief Answer:
You should consult back your gynecologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the history you have shared, it isn't simply the bacteria shedding out of the system and since then bleeding has persisted for this long so it certainly raises few eye brows and it necessitates the need for a detailed gynecological examination by a gynecologist and also basic blood screens including hemoglobin levels and Clotting profiles. Cultures of vaginal discharge may also be sent as well as ultrasound pelvis will also be needed.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
