Question: I recently went to a massage parlour , where is was first cleaned and then massaged , after which she tried to make me hard , once she did she put a condom on my penis and guided it in with her hands , at this point she would have touched her vagina with her hands and she would have got some vaginal fluids on to her hands .. just a minute later I pulled out and removed the condom asked her to just give me a hand job which she continued to do so , now I feel she would have done it her hands still having some vaginal fluids on it .. I have to tell you that I usually get this pimples in my pubic area that open up and I had one at the point of time .. at one point she touched her vagina and I think she touched my open sore for a second or two .. I told her not to touch it and after that we just ended things by cleaning my underparts right after.

I am scared if she would have transmitted HIV to me in any of the ways mentioned below

removal of condom and immediate hand job with possible vaginal fluid

Touching my open sore in pubic region with her hand which might have some amount of vaginal fluid for a second or two

I got tested and my hsv1 igg came positive at 1.56 , I took this test three weeks after exposure , my IGM was negative so the doctor said I had it from months and I just don't know about it

My primary concern is HIV - please address

Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is negligible only.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
First of all that lady is not necessarily a HIV positive individual. Then there is no question of HIV transmission.
HIV can not survive outside the body fluid not more than few seconds. So transmission by contact with contaminated fingers is negligible.
In a normal woman, vaginal fluid not felt outside the vagina, over the vulva (external genitals). As your physician told HSV IgG positive indicates an old infection as IgM is negative.
Nothing to worry

Doctor I am scared because if the sore was a hsv sore , (if I have it from before ) and she touched it , I'm scared because one week later I had two painless open sores on my shaft , I showed it to my doctor and he said it's not herpes and then a week later a huge painful pimple in my pubic region filled with pus and blood (something that I get similar every now and then) turned up.

I am petrified , Because I have a feeling she transferred hiv to me from touching that sore with her vaginal fluid hands.. I remember so well that she touched it for like one second or two .Am I just freaking out ?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Your physician, after examination, told you that you are not infected with Herpes simplex infection. HSV infection manifested with vesicles with clear fluid, never with pus and blood. Your problem is likely be due to folliculitis or furunculosis. Rule out diabetes Mallitus and consult a dermatologist and get well soon.
Once again I would like to say the she would not be a HIV positive woman. Then there is no likelihood of HIV transmission. Vaginal secretions not flow outside in normal individuals including a HIV positive woman.
Even if we consider her a HIV positive woman and she had touched your exposed skin over pubic area or shaft of penis, the risk for HIV is negligible only.
When a HIV positive individual is on treatment with ART drugs, and if her viral load is within undetectable level then also the risk is almost'nil'.
Not to worry.
