Question : I'm having chest pinching pain anove left breast, then it moves to my arm and back, It doesn't last Long, I've had a cold for a week? should I be alarmed sometimes it's goes to middle of chest, and I feel short of breathe.

Hi, if the pain you describe is always accompanied by breathlessness with fatigue it could be due to heart--unlikely.
Also it could be due to high blood pressure, which again in your case is unlikely. More likely in your case it should be gastric. Please take a good medicine for acidity and see if the pain disappears in a couple of days. If it does not, then you need to consult your doctor. Regards
