Question : I woke up with extra flesh hanging on the right side of my uvula and it feels like there's something stuck in the back of my throat. I'm having slight trouble breathing.

I would advice kindly upload picture of your throat to help you in a better way .
As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having post nasal discharge (PND) with cleavage part of tonsil .
If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you for symptoms
Saline nasal spray or rinse thrice daily ,
Antiseptic Mouth Wash twice daily like chlorhexidine / Betadin &
antihistamine tablet at night .
You will get relief within 7-10 days.

I have seen your throat picture .
It is cystic swelling of Uvula on right side due inflammation .
You are having enlarge congested tonsils & uvula with PND .
I would advice ,
use Saline nasal spray or rinse thrice daily ,
Antiseptic Mouth Wash twice daily like chlorhexidine / Betadin &
antihistamine tablet at night as advised.
Add anti inflammatory Tablet Ibuprofen or Paracetamol thrice daily to decrease swelling & snoring .
You will get early relief .
