Question: I feel like my head is pounding/pulsing as if I had a very bad headache, except there is no pain. I can feel it behind my eyeballs, my temples, in the back of my head, and down my neck. In addition I feel borderline dizzy but not actually dizzy. Sometimes when it gets really bad I get nauseous. This has been going on for two months.

My wbc count are slighly up(i attach two cbc reports: January and February). My sugar is fine. Cardiologist have told me heart is healthy, however my BP on the past two months has been 130/85.

Ent told me to do mri on head. I'll get results tomorrow.
My abdomen's organs seems fine.
I dont have diarreah.
I have hiatal hernia and gerd.

Brief Answer:
Sinusitis is a possible explanation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

I examined your tests results too.

Elevated WBC count, together with elevation of neutrophils count point towards bacterial infection.

Since you are referring about symptoms behind the eyes and then spreads to other head areas, it is very likely for you to suffer from sinusitis, or sinuses infection.

In the other hand, since the WBC are elevated and there are neurological symptoms, other conditions besides sinusitis, such autoimmune diseases that affect nervous system too ( lupus, multiple sclerosis, encephslomyelitis etc.) should be considered too.

MRI exam will give valuable information about the correct diagnosis, but if its results will be inconclusive, neurological evaluation and other blood tests such ANA, ESR etc. should be done to achieve a correct diagnosis of your condition.

Those symptoms don't seem to be linked to GERD, or hiatal hernia.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Greetings.
