Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation
Question: sometimes my penis goes soft immediately after penetration but when it stays strong it ejaculates quickly just 2 to 3 minutes after inserting into vagina.even after the first ejaculation the second is tough as penis dont get too strong to intercourse but when my wife gives me handjob i can stay long time.i got married just 2 months ago. my age is 29.what should i do?i also want to know that how long time one man can intercourse and how many times in a day?

Actually you are suffering from pre mature ejaculation. ED has come secondary to early discharge due to performance anxiety . You need certain gap before second sex because your genitals take time to revert back to pre excitatory state. So you are not getting adequate hardness on second attempt. This problem is present when you attempt vaginal sex because performance anxiety comes to the fore
You need to relax, take a few deep breaths and focus on pleasure only. You can try Tadalafil 5 mg daily before going to bed after meals . if it alone doesn't work, there are other ways to improve the time. You can stop just when you feel the urge to ejaculate , wait for a few seconds and start again. Normal average intravaginal latency is 2-5 minutes but it should also cause distress.
