Suggest Treatment For Problem In Retracting The Foreskin
Question: age 28, I am not able to retract my foreskin and I see the opening at the start is proper but inside just at the tip of the gland head a thick ring is formed

I think you are explaining about paraphimosis. but my skin has not retracted at all. means my foreskin is not moving backward at all. full penis is covered by foreskin as it is not in erect state.
