Question: i am having psorasis from last 14 yrs till date no good treatment i have pls advice

You must understand that psoriasis cannot be completely cured.
It can only be controlled.
We generally try to control it with topical steroids and coal tar solution.
If the involved area is more than 20 % of body area oral medication like Methotrexate is required.
I would like to know which all parts of your body are involved.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
Based of that i will advice you the correct regimen to be followed.
